We’re here to help, with free live online information and physical activity sessions
Living with arthritis, chronic pain, or a musculoskeletal (MSK) condition takes real strength. We see that. And we’re here to support you with live online sessions that help you take back control, feel more confident, and live life on your terms.
Feel more in control — join a self-management course
Our five-week Supported Self-Management courses are designed to help you manage your condition with confidence. You’ll learn practical tools to reduce stress, improve sleep, and feel more in control of your health.
These sessions are led by Peer Trainers—people who live with long-term conditions themselves. They understand the ups and downs and use the same techniques they’ll share with you.
What you’ll gain:
- Strategies to manage fatigue, stress, and frustration
- Tips for better sleep and rest
- Support with setting goals and managing change
- Guidance on healthy eating and staying active
- A small, supportive group of people who truly get it
Move more, feel better — join a physical activity session
We know it’s not easy to stay active when you’re in pain. But gentle movement can make a big difference. Our online Chi Me classes (similar to Tai Chi) are designed to help you move safely and feel better.
Why it helps:
- Reduces pain and stiffness
- Strengthens muscles and supports joints
- Boosts energy and mood
- Improves balance and helps with weight management
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to stay active, we’ll help you find what works for you.
Learn more, worry less — join an information session
Knowledge is power. Our online information sessions cover everything from fatigue management to understanding pain medication. These sessions are relaxed, informative, and designed to help you feel more confident in managing your condition.
