Online information session: Managing Mental Wellbeing

Managing Mental Wellbeing

Living with arthritis can be tough and often brings many emotional challenges.

In these Health Information sessions, our trainers will explore how our mental wellness affects our daily lives and how it intertwines with the challenges of living with a chronic condition. Through group discussions, we’ll share insights and personal experiences on ways to better manage our mental health.

By the end of the session, our goal is for you to leave with a clear plan of action or a list of practical strategies that can help you improve your mental wellness and its impact on your life.

I will try to make time for myself to do things that help me relax. I intend to have better a work/life balance. I would be happy to seek further support if I feel I need it, rather than just trying to get on with things. I also plan to attend more of these sessions.

There are two types of session you can join:

  • a 1-hour information talk, or
  • a 2-hour information session with access to peer support. You'll have the opportunity to chat and share your experiences if you feel comfortable doing so and access peer support.
