Online information session: Managing Anxiety

Managing Anxiety

Living with arthritis can be tough and often brings many emotions, including anxiety.

In these Health Information sessions, our trainers will explore how anxiety affects our daily lives and how it intertwines with the challenges of living with a chronic condition.

By the end of the session, our goal is for you to leave with a clear plan of action or a list of practical strategies that can help you reduce anxiety and its impact on your life.

I'm going to make some changes with my diet, start reflexology sessions to help with my anxiety and ensure I do mindfulness and Chi Me regularly.

There are two types of session you can join:

  • a 1-hour information talk, or
  • a 2-hour information session with access to peer support. You'll have the opportunity to chat and share your experiences if you feel comfortable doing so and access peer support.

No sessions in July or August

All our online information sessions are free to take part in. There is no commitment and you can attend just one or as many as you like. We look forward to welcoming you to our sessions and seeing you online.
