Help shape a new online service for people with osteoarthritis or back pain

Would you like to help us to shape and test a new online service for people recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis or back pain? We'd love to hear from you if you do! There's no need to have any experience - we're just interested in your honest opinions and feedback.

You might be a good fit if: 

• You are aged 18+ 
• You have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis or back pain in the last 6 months 
• You are happy to share your honest opinions and experiences 
• You are comfortable taking part in online research and testing sessions 

You do not need to be a confident computer or app user – we are keen to hear from people at all levels of digital experience, whether you use apps and websites every day or rarely at all. 

What's involved: 

A combination of online one-to-one interviews and co-creation sessions where you will be asked to: 

• Talk about your experience of getting information and support services for your condition post-diagnosis 
• Share your views on how personal information could make the service more relevant to you 
• Review our early designs and share your feedback 

You can choose to either attend just one session or join us for multiple session across the duration of the project. There will be no right or wrong answers - we just want to understand what could work and what doesn't.  

When will this take place? 

Interviews and co-creation sessions will take place during December 2026. 

All participants will be offered the opportunity to receive an in-depth walk through of all the support services that our organisation offers.
