Runs

Pound the pavements for our powerful cause. Every marathon mile, every half-marathon heartbeat, and every gruelling ultra challenge brings us closer to breakthrough treatments for arthritis.

The sense of community is worth it all the way!

I ran a 5K at the Great South Run! I've never been an overly athletic person, but wanted to challenge myself to try and gain strength back after feeling like I let arthritis take control of me. Surprisingly, even though I had breaks from training due to flare-ups, I managed a 38-minute run with lots of breaks and rest after!

I feel so proud of myself as I was so scared I wouldn't be able to run. I've had so many friends and family support me when before I would've felt so lonely with how arthritis affects my life and health. The fundraising team have been so supportive and I can't thank this amazing charity enough!
