Online information session: 5-week Living Well Programme

Living Well Programme

Living with arthritis can be challenging, affecting many aspects of daily life. The 5-week Living Well Programme is here to support you in managing those challenges, helping you discover practical ways to cope, connect with others who understand, and make lasting changes to improve your wellbeing.

Led by volunteer trainers who all have personal experience of living with arthritis, this 5-week programme offers a supportive space to learn, share, and grow together. Each week, you'll explore tools from the self-management toolbox, designed to empower you to take control of your health.

What you'll cover:

  • Understanding pain and the symptom cycle — and how to break it
  • Communicating effectively to get the support you need
  • How gentle movement can ease symptoms — and ways to make it part of daily life
  • Setting small, achievable goals to feel better and live well

You'll also have the chance to try out gentle physical activities and discover how Arthritis UK can support you through local opportunities in your community.

To get the most out of the programme, we encourage you to attend all five sessions. Please bring a notepad and pen so you can jot down anything discussed.
