Online information session: Introduction to arthritis
Introduction to Arthritis
How much do we really know about arthritis, even when it’s something we live with every day?
This online information session is designed for anyone who wants to better understand arthritis — whether you’re newly diagnosed, have been living with it for years, or simply want to learn more.
We’ll cover the different types of arthritis and their treatments, explore how arthritis impacts daily life — including work — and discuss what steps you can take to manage symptoms. We’ll also highlight the support available through Arthritis UK and the ways you can get involved.
There are two types of session you can join:
- a 1-hour information talk, or
- a 2-hour information and support session where you'll have the opportunity to chat and share your experiences — if you feel comfortable doing so — and access peer support.
