Staying active with arthritis can be challenging, but keeping as mobile as possible brings many benefits. Exercise not only helps reduce pain but also improves muscle strength, keeps your joints supported, reduces stiffness, enhances balance, boosts energy levels, helps manage weight, and improves your mood.

This gentle exercise is based on the principles of Tai Chi, with seated options available, making it perfect for all ages and abilities.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to fully enjoy this event.
