Online physical activity session: Introduction to Physical Activity

Introduction to Physical Activity

Staying active with arthritis can be challenging, but keeping as mobile as possible brings many benefits.

In addition to reducing pain, exercise helps strengthen muscles, support your joints, reduce stiffness, improve balance, boost energy levels, manage weight, and enhance your mood.

This Health Information Talk will explore barriers to increasing your activity levels and help you identify simple ways to incorporate more activity into your daily life. This is purely an information talk, however we also have 2 hour options available in our calendar to share experiences and access peer support.
