Online information session: Work and Arthritis

Work and Arthritis

How much do we really know about arthritis and its impact on people of working age.

This talk is designed for anyone who wants to better understand arthritis in the workplace, the impact of the condition, support available for employers and employees alike and how to access more information around all of this.

This talk is useful for both employers of people with arthritis and those of working age and living with arthritis themselves.

I'm going to make some changes with my diet, start reflexology sessions to help with my anxiety and ensure I do mindfulness and Chi Me regularly.

There are two types of session you can join:

  • a 1-hour information talk, or
  • a 2-hour information session with access to peer support. You'll have the opportunity to chat and share your experiences if you feel comfortable doing so and access peer support.
