Fruit kebabs with hot honey, mint and black pepper drizzle
About the recipe
Make this colourful fruit kebab recipe by Mr Cookfulness, Ian Taverner. With a hot honey, mint and black pepper drizzle, this is an easy dessert bursting with sweet, spicy and refreshing flavours.
You can make each kebab different, swapping out the fruit as desired. Don't let the honey boil for more than two minutes as it can burn and spoil the taste.
These colourful fruit kebabs are a simple way to enjoy a variety of fruit in one delicious dessert. Different fruits provide a range of vitamins, minerals and fibre, while the drizzle adds plenty of flavour without needing lots of added sugar. They're a refreshing way to finish a meal and can help you work towards eating your five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.
