Minimum sponsorship target: Up to £2,300.00
From flat desert floor scattered with ancient fossils, to perfect wind-blown sand-dunes, this trek is diverse and demanding but pushing yourself to the limit for a cause close to your heart will be the best motivation to spur you on.
The vast, unforgiving desert is a truly beautiful place to discover, while the incredible star-strewn night skies are unforgettable, especially with a new moon. Accompanied by Berber guides and a small caravan of camels, our remote night-camps with campfires and Berber singing are often a real highlight of the trip!
This challenge is grade yellow. A good entry-level grade, perfect for first challenges. As the levels increase, expect more challenging distances and some tougher terrain. Trips with camps or dorm-style accommodation are graded higher than those with hotels.

Payment Options
You have 3 payment options to choose from:
Full Payment Option:
- Pay £249 registration fee (non-refundable).
- Then £1,150 paid to Discover Adventure 8-weeks before your departure.
- You can set your own fundraising target and raise as much as possible.
Part Payment Option:
- Pay £249 registration fee (non-refundable).
- Then £500 due paid to Discover Adventure 10-weeks before your departure.
- A minimum sponsorship target of £1,300 due to Arthritis UK 10 weeks before departure.
Fundraising Option:
- Pay £249 registration fee (non-refundable).
- A minimum sponsorship target of £2,300 due to Arthritis UK 10-weeks before departure.
