Arthritis UK Cymru monthly online information sessions
Event
In collaboration with healthcare professionals from across Wales, our team at Arthritis UK Cymru hosts free monthly online information sessions via Microsoft Teams.
These sessions bring together specialist nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other experts to share the latest insights, self management advice, and practical tips for living well with arthritis.
It’s a chance to learn what a successful appointment looks like, understand how to get the most from your healthcare team, and ask questions in a supportive, inclusive space.
Our sessions are open to everyone affected by arthritis — adults, young people, families, loved ones and carers.
Join us to gain confidence, connection, and hope for a future free from arthritis.

What tests should be done to check for other conditions.
