Thank you for supporting Arthritis UK.
It's my way of giving back
I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2021, at just 23 years old. This totally shook my world. I soon learned that having arthritis at a young age wasn't a bad thing - the Arthritis UK online community was a great help to me.
I took part in the Dundee Kiltwalk Mighty Stride at 20.4 miles. I took on the challenge to raise money for Arthritis UK as my way to give back. I was very grateful to know I had played a part in helping others like me. It was very rewarding to raise awareness as well.
