FREE information, advice & support on arthritis, MSK and other related conditions. Sessions include fun gentle movement activities.
Join us to help improve arthritis symptoms, bring about calm and peace of mind whilst gently exercising the whole body.
(Most activities can be done from a standing or seated position, please get in touch to find out more.)

This group is run by a lovely husband-and-wife duo who volunteer with us, and they have an exciting year mapped out for 2026!

4th February: Talk on arthritis and the hands
4th March: Boccia/Chi Me ( Gentle Exercise )
1st April: Talk on warmth and energy in the home
6th May: Boccia/Chi Me ( Gentle Exercise )
3rd June: Talk on no dig gardening
1st July: In house presentation, Managing Pain.
5th August: Boccia/Chi Me ( Gentle Exercise )
2nd September: In house presentation. Sleep and Arthritis.
7th October: Boccia/Chi Me ( Gentle Exercise )
4th November: In house presentation. Managing Mental Wellbeing with Arthritis.
2nd December: Christmas Crafts
Our sessions are free and open to anyone with arthritis, MSK or related conditions e.g. fibromyalgia, lupus and gout. They provide an opportunity to share lived experiences of having a long-term condition and self-management tips, as well as participating in activities.
