This group meets on the second Monday of the month (for peer support, activities/talks) and on the fourth Thursday of the month, (for Chi Me/Tai Chi Session)

Our sessions are free and open to anyone with arthritis, MSK or related conditions e.g. fibromyalgia, lupus and gout. They provide an opportunity to share lived experiences of having a long-term condition and self-management tips, as well as participating in activities and talks on health and other subjects.
