FREE information, advice & support on arthritis, MSK and other related conditions. Sessions include fun gentle movement activities.
Join us to help improve arthritis symptoms, bring about calm and peace of mind whilst gently exercising the whole body.

Our extremely dedicated lead volunteer, Heather, keeps herself very busy running these online sessions, as well as leading the Welshpool Community Network.
Monday’s session is supported by the fabulous Leo, and can be done from a seated or standing position.
Thursday’s session is led as seated only.
Chi Me is a modified version of Tai Chi which helps to improve posture, balance, breathing and flexibility. The movements are slow and gentle and suit all abilities.
You will need an area were you can clearly see the computer/screen, with unobstructed space around you to perfrom the movements safely.
