At Arthritis UK, we know how much strength it takes to live with arthritis. When you need support, we are here to help. Our branches and groups mostly meet once a month and offer a varied programme of events and activities. Most importantly, they provide a friendly space to chat and socialise with other people who know exactly what you’re going through.

Why not come along to the next meeting near you? Please note that meeting times can change, so do check with Arthritis UK beforehand. We can also support you to set up your own group if there isn’t one where you live.
