Kendal Arthritis UK Hydrotherapy Group Event

Friendly hydrotherapy group. The sessions are held in a purpose built hydrotherapy pool which are used in the treatment of different conditions, including arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions. The exercises are led by a qualified water exercise instructor and the venue is accessible.
