Chester Branch support group Event
Friendly large group that have been active in Chester for years. Keen to start up again after lockdown and welcoming anyone living with any type of arthritis.
Chair based exercise and social activities including talks from health care professionals.
Venue is accessible, meetings on ground floor.
Weekly hydrotherapy sessions during term time with qualified instructor and life guard.
One hour weekly virtual chair exercise group on Thursday at 10.30.
